That's by the magnet store, isn't it? When I drove into that neighborhood the other day, I saw this old glass warehouse and thought it looked like a classic abandoned warehouse --just like in some movie. I made a mental note to come back and take photos.
Yes, it's just around the corner from the magnet place. The glass warehouse includes a glass company (Ouros? something like that). When we walked around the other side there was a guy coming out for a cigarette break. He didn't know much about the building, though, although he encouraged us to look around. There are quite a few cracked and broken panes, but... condidering the whole darn thing is made of glass panes, it's not too bad.
